Mr. Gross has over 20 years of experience evaluating and structuring large-scale real estate transactions, with an emphasis on representing public-sector clients in complex public/private deals. With a diverse background in construction, urban planning, economic development and real estate consulting, Mr. Gross brings a unique prospective to solving complex problems. His diverse skillset includes financial and market analysis, contract negotiation and execution, and implementing asset management solutions.
For over 15 years, Mr. Gross has supported the Department of the Navy (DON) in executing and managing a nationwide portfolio of public/private projects. This work includes asset management for a portfolio of over 65,000 units of privatized military housing, negotiating business terms for execution of new development phases, restructuring distressed projects, and evaluating and facilitating disposition of properties. Other support activities include drafting DON policy, responding to congressional inquiries and internal audits, and briefing senior leadership on myriad complex issues.
