Michael McGuire is the President and Partner of Emax Financial & Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC (Emax). Mr. McGuire has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, loan portfolio management, and asset disposition and has advised numerous federal government agencies. Mr. McGuire has managed engagements for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of the Navy (DON), General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Department of the Treasury (Treasury).

Mr. McGuire has served as both a portfolio and project manager for more than 100 PPV/EUL projects. His expertise includes government real estate and capital markets transactions, loan file review, credit analysis, asset pricing and disposition, securitization, program compliance, portfolio oversight, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and due diligence management.

Mr. McGuire holds a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from St. John’s University.
