Cassandra Weiner specializes in big data analytics and visualization, with over 20 years of analyst experiences. She currently assists EMAX in supporting their Military Housing Privatization (MHPI) services by assessing over 50k maintenance work orders each month and maintaining a suite of dashboards utilized by field level Quality Assurance Analysts in the Public Private Venture branch of Real Estate Acquisition & Management Business Line of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).

Ms. Weiner has supported the Department of the Navy (DON) in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance for more than 15 years. Her DON work history includes developing quality assurance dashboards for the nationwide portfolio of privatized military housing for NAVFAC Headquarters, managing the design overhead account (~$2M annually) for NAVFAC Northwest, and managing the Maintenance Repair and Operational Supplies Initiative for Navy Strategic Sourcing. She obtained her Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida.
