Jesus Barragan is a Senior Analyst at Emax, providing financial advisory services to government clients. Mr. Barragan supports the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through Program Financial Advisory (PFA) services on the civilian side. He brings experience in investment analysis, financial analysis, and accounting. Mr. Barragan graduated with an M.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
