Frederic Liu is a Deputy Manager at Emax, specializing in providing financial and real estate consulting services to government clients. Mr. Liu creates and updates financial models; assists in real estate oversight and compliance reviews; performs both qualitative and quantitative analyses for federal clients; and develops project timelines for projects. He has worked with a variety of clients including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the D.C. Office of the Chief Financial Officer (DC OCFO), the Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), and the General Services Administration (GSA). Mr. Liu graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College.
